The e-courses offered on this platform have been developed by DTV Consultants in The Netherlands. DTV Consultants offers amongst other services, training and education for mobility profesionnals across the world. The CIVITAS e-courses have been developed with the support of the European Commission under the CIVITAS CAPITAL project. DTV Consultants was responsible for the capacity building programme and the development of the CIVITAS Learning Centre.
